Yellow Stripe
1. Life Skill: Explain INTEGRITY- "Do the right thing no matter what."
2. Block: Low Block
3. Stance: Ready Stance (joon-be)
4. Technique: Front Kick
5. Concentration/Focus Skill: 5 - 1 legged hops on each leg
Green Stripe
1. Life-Skill: Recite Focus Skills -
1)"Focus my eyes." 2) "Focus my mind." 3) Focus my body."
2. Block: Inner forearm Block
3. Stance: Sitting Stance
4. Technique: Palm heel
5. Coordination/Strength Drill: Stand on 1 leg for 10 seconds
Blue Stripe
1. Life-Skill: Anger Management- "Whenever I get mad, I take 10 deep breaths slowly."
2. Escape Skill: Stranger Danger Drill- "Stop stranger, don't touch me!" & "I'm not allowed to talk to strangers!"
3. Stance: Front Stance
4. Technique: Outside Crescent Kick
5. Coordination/Strength Drill: Perform 10 Jumping Jacks
Purple Stripe
1. Life Skill: Mom & Dad's Names, Main contact Phone #
2. Escape Skill: Wrist Release "Let go, Stranger!"
3. Stance: Back Stance
4. Technique: Elbow Strikes
5. Coordination/Strength Drill: Jump in a circle on 1 leg controlling direction without setting down.
Red Stripe

2. Escape Skill: Flurry Attack and Escape Chant- "He's not my Dad, stranger danger!"
3. Block: Outside Block
4. Technique: Side Kick
5. Coordination/Strength Drill: Criss/Cross (leg only) jumping jacks

3. TKD Readiness: 1st 8 moves of Chon-Ji(white belt form)
4. Technique: White belt one-step #1
5. Coordination/Strength Drill: 5 push ups (no knees)
