Black Stripe: Escape from pin to wall
Red belt is pinned to wall by shoulders. Collapse attackers arms, elbow to face, grab and knee to ribs(or pelvis), push and get away from wall. What am I going to do at TESTING? 1. Choong-Moo hyung 2. Lower rank hyung (chosen at testing by Chief Judge) 3. Free Sparring 4. Board Breaking: Round kick or Push Heel kick & 1 hand technique (must break both to pass) |

Advanced Red Belt (1st Gup)
Advanced Red Belts will perform the same hyung as Red Belts. Advanced Red must have at least 20 classes instead of 16.
What am I going to do at TESTING?
1. Report on "What a Black Belt means to me." (typed and turned in at least 1 week prior to testing)
2. Interview with the Chief Instructor (at least 1 week prior to testing)
3. Black Belt Application (turned in at least 1 week prior to testing)
4. Choong-Moo Hyung (2 times correctly)
5. Lower rank hyung (chosen at testing by Chief Judge)
6. Free Sparring
7. Board Breaking: Front, Round, or Side kick & 1 hand technique (wooden boards)
8. Combatives: #1 - #3 with a partner
